Basic marketing and communications plan

Two-hour pre-booked call on Zoom where we discuss your objectives, what your current marketing looks like, who you’re targeting and what you need assistance with. I will make suggestions and advise about what marketing and comms would work for you.

After the meeting I will send you your draft plan or campaign with the added option of us having another one-hour Zoom call to amend and finalise your plans.


Before we meet, I will send you a questionnaire which I’d like you to return at least one week before we meet so that we can establish an outline for our discussions.

When your planning is done…

… if you’d like me to run your campaign then I can work as part of your team or be your marketing & communications team if you don’t have one. I’m friendly and approachable and have worked with, and mentored, staff and volunteers on a variety of marketing & communications projects.

If needed I can source, commission and brief designers, photographers, videographers, printers, and market research companies for you or work with the ones you have. I can write copy for websites, social media, and print, plus manage your PR, advertising/media buyers, social media, and work with industry partners like Make it York and Welcome to Yorkshire.
